Foam Construction, Stability Engineering & Surface Options

Oak Understructure with Dense Foam Padding: Constructed with a 0.75-inch oak understructure, covered in dense impact-reduction foam and upholstered in tough 38 oz. Boltaflex reinforced vinyl for durability and athlete safety in high-volume training. No Exposed Corners or Edges: Four primary pads plus four curved corner pads keep sharp contact points covered to help reduce common box-related injuries.

• Reinforced Corner Construction: Each corner is strengthened with two stainless steel "L" brackets for added durability under repeated use.
• Stack-and-Lock Raised Lip: Raised lip on all boxes supports modular stacking by allowing boxes to stack and lock for cleaner storage and more stable station setups.
• Anti-Slip Bases On 24-Inch Box: The 24-inch box is bottomed with 0.75-inch high-density rubber for firm, stable footing during takeoffs and landings.

College, pro and elite high school programs usually start with the full 6", 12", 18" and 24" progression so coaches can run progression-based training from teaching reps to max intent, then add duplicate boxes where the room bottlenecks.

• Most Common Starting Point: Full height set (6", 12", 18", 24") to cover every athlete and every progression in one buy.
• Base Level Demand: 24" is the anchor height in most weight rooms and is often the first box duplicated for advanced groups.
• Team Jump Height Variations: Add extra 18" and 24" boxes to build multiple lanes and keep rotations moving during team lifts.
• Development and Return-to-Play Support: Add 6" and 12" boxes later for warmups, teaching progressions and controlled landings.

Warranty and Returns: Backed by a 1-year warranty on all padding. Plyo-Safe® equipment frame construction includes a limited 5-year warranty covering defective workmanship and materials. Warranty does not cover wear-through from normal use and does not include logo fade. Return policy: Only Blue and Black non-screened boxes are eligible for return.
