UCS Outdoor Boulder Flooring System - Specifically designed to take the abuse from the daily high traffic seen at commercial boulder gyms and college recreation facilities with the added protection of a weather cover to protect against the elements just like our outdoor high jump and pole vault pads.
We use highly durable 21oz Knife Coated Vinyl top fabric which has been used on our outdoor track and field pads for over 40 years! An 18oz rip stop vinyl weather cover connects to and covers the pads when not in use. All of the vinyl is waterproof by nature (seams are not waterproof). Vinyl comes in 15 colors to match your brand and wall paint schemes. Custom graphics available for an additional charge.
Modular style allows you to rotate mats in high use areas and move in case of flooding or other catastrophic events.
Sewn in grab handles carry a lifetime guarantee.

A reinforced 21oz knife coated vinyl and zipper combination provide easy access to the foam if you need to rotate or exchange it while also offering support at the seams.
Reverse side is made up of PVC mesh allowing for the climber to feel the full compression set of the foam rather than the cover.
Each unit has been tested and passes recommended scores for HIC and GMAX.
The foam used for the padding is free from any added filler.
The UCS Limited 5 Year Warranty Covers against defective workmanship and materials. This does NOT cover against "wear-through" caused by normal use or damage to covers caused by setter equipment or other common items being dropped onto the surface. Logo fade is also NOT included.
All UCS Flooring Systems meet the fire standards of California Bulletin 117-2013 and are certified lead free and 6P CPSIA Compliant.
