UCS Adjustable Prone Row Bench - An impressive example of uniquely engineered equipment. It's exclusive gas piston driven body support is a perfect compliment to any strength facility. Leg roller support is adjustable 15" in length in 3" increments. Bar height is adjustable up to 8" inches in 2" increments. Specially designed 2" EVA pad conforms to the athlete’s body, providing excellent support during use.

Twist and Lock Bar Holders are made of 0.5" laser cut and formed steel with high density polyethylene (HDPE) guard and spring loaded pin lock for safety.
